"The last Friday of the month is now a time to celebrate the “joy of pie, mash, London songs and London films.” The celebration occurs at The Vauxhall Griffin from 9pm-2am and is the brainchild of PiE&MASH, two blokes who for quite some time have been “trying to find the perfect pub night for us.” For these gentlemen, the perfect pub night would include “eclectic and hearty tunes, some decent nosh and an ambience totally free of attitude and pretension.” Apparently, such an evening was nonexistent, and thus PiE&MASH decided to create it for themselves.
